PAYMENT
1. Cash or approved check with proper photo ID.
2. We do not accept Credit Cards.
3. We do not charge a Buyer's Premium to the folks that attend our auctions.
TERMS
**If you attend one of our auctions for the first time, & you have a resale tax number, please bring with you a COPY of your VALID Tax ID for us to keep for our records or you may be charged Sales Tax on your purchases
1. ALL SALES ARE : AS IS, WHERE IS, & FINIAL.
2. Items must be paid for in full before leaving auction and removed that day.
**Unless other arrangements are made with the auction company.
3. All info. taken from sources believed to be correct but is not guaranteed.
4. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any written material.
5. Buyer assumes all responsibility for each item when the auctioneer says SOLD!

Cook Auctions can not & will not be held responsible
for any lost, damaged or stolen items once the auctioneer says SOLD!
CONDITIONS
***All Absentee Bids will be considerer on a case by case basis. 15% handling fee will be added to the final purchase price paid by the high bidder. All Absentee Bidder's must fax us a copy of their Driver's License. All items must be paid for with Money Orders. No checks please.
****MS sales tax applies.
