**If you attend one of our auctions for the first time, & you have a resale tax number, please bring with you a COPY of yourVALID Tax IDfor us to keep for our recordsor you may be charged Sales Tax on your purchases

2. Items must be paid for in full before leaving auction and removed that day. **Unless other arrangements are made with the auction company.
3. All info. taken from sources believed to be correct but is not guaranteed.
4. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any written material.
5. Buyer assumes all responsibility for each item when the auctioneer says SOLD!
